Each round rolls a region and a type. Draft a matching Pokémon into any open spot, with up to 3 Legendaries. Fill all 22, then play a 17-game season. Can you go 17–0?

Season details

Each Pokémon is graded on how well it fits its position, from its base stats, size and type. QB, pass rushers and corners count the most, and your four weakest spots drag the whole team down. Opponents range from 350 to 910.

      THE ALL-22 BUILDER

Build a Pokemon football team that fits together

This Pokemon team builder turns a full football roster into a lineup puzzle. Choose from the National Dex, assign a Pokemon to every position, and then take the finished team into a retro football game. A strong team is more than a list of famous names: quarterbacks need a different profile from pass rushers, receivers, linemen, and defensive backs.

      Fill all 22 positions

Start with a generation or the full pool, then open any slot on the field to compare candidates. Drag one player onto another to swap them while you shape the offense, defense, and kicker.

      Test a real formation

Switch between 3–4 and 4–3 defenses, choose Fullback or Slot offense, and decide whether the kicker belongs in your roster. Each setting changes the jobs your team has to cover.

      Play after you build

When the roster is ready, continue to the game hub for ALL-22 BOWL or ALL-22 PRO. You can save an image, copy a share link, or return later to refine the same lineup.

      Three ways to play

      1. Build: assign a Pokemon to every football role and use the scouting guide when two candidates look similar.
      2. Challenge: try the 17–0 Challenge with region and type restrictions, or use the original 151 pool for a focused retro run.
      3. Kick off: bring your saved All-22 into the side-view BOWL game or the behind-the-huddle PRO game.

      Pokemon team builder FAQ

What is an All-22 Pokemon team?

An All-22 team has one Pokemon assigned to each football position on the field. The builder lets you compare the whole formation instead of judging one player in isolation.

Can I use Pokemon from different generations?

Yes. Choose one generation for a themed roster, or select All to draft from the complete pool. The 17–0 and 151 Challenges use their own rules when you want a more constrained run.

Where can I play the team I build?

Use the Choose a Game link or the Play with your team button to open the hub. Your saved lineup can be used in both free browser games.
