All 22 Pokémon Team Score explained

Team Score starts with how well each Pokémon fits its assigned football role, then gives more influence to key positions and pulls the result toward the team’s weakest spots.

What moves the number

Role fit

Every position uses its own stat weights and a small type bonus. A fast receiver and a heavy offensive lineman are judged by different inputs.

High-impact roles

Quarterback, corners and pass rushers can move the result more than a low-impact spot, so repair those roles before polishing a strong position.

Weak links

The four weakest spots pull the whole team down. Raising the bottom of the roster is often more valuable than replacing an already strong player.

Use the score as a team decision

Compare the same 22 under 3–4 and 4–3 defense, or Fullback and Slot offense. If the score falls after a formation change, inspect the affected role guides and replace the weakest fit.

The tier list gives a quick shortlist, while every Pokémon profile shows the full role table behind the comparison.
